Registration Process

We hope that you will join us at the International Conference on the Arts in Society. Please find the appropriate registration information below.

Please Note:

• Proposals are reviewed within 3-4 weeks of submission. To meet one of the registration deadlines listed above, please make sure your proposal is submitted in time to receive a response prior to the deadline.
• Registrations must be completed and fully paid before presentations are scheduled. 
• Payment must be received by the indicated date in order to receive the stated benefits and guarantees associated with the specific Registration Phase.
• If registration payment is received after the final registration deadline, scheduling the presentation is subject to availability of space, and the presentation may not appear in the printed conference program (although if scheduled, it will appear in the final online program and in the "session changes" posted at the conference).
