Heidi C. Powell
Dr. Heidi C. Powell is Associate Professor of Art Education and Director of the MA Art Education Online in the School of Art and History at University of Florida. She is a practicing artist and scholar with a focus on cultural continuity through arts practice, Indigenous Identities, art and memory. She has recently served as a Fulbright Scholar in the Dominican Republic, served as a National Endowment for the Humanities Fellow, and publishes and exhibits nationally and internationally.
