Join Imagining Creative Worlds as a presenter or audience participant. The symposium is designed for flexible online participation, with live sessions, asynchronous presentations, discussion spaces, support sessions, and publication pathways through CGScholar.

Choose a Presenter Pass if you are submitting or presenting work.

Choose an Audience Pass if you want to attend sessions, view available presentations, and take part in the wider symposium conversation without presenting.

Presenter Passes are for those contributing papers, presentations, posters, or workshops.

Audience Passes are for those joining the symposium without presenting.

Presenter Pass

For participants presenting work at the symposium.

Benefits:

  • Present Your Work: Share your work through an Asynchronous Online Presentation, Asynchronous Online Poster, Online Themed Paper, or Live Online Workshop.
  • Join Live Symposium Sessions: Take part in themed panels, plenaries, Talking Circles, publication sessions, and selected working-group conversations on Zoom in US Central Time.
  • Access Symposium Content: View asynchronous presentations, posters, and other digital media shared across the symposium platform.
  • Engage in Dialogue: Participate in discussion boards, live session exchange, and cross-theme conversation with presenters and attendees.
  • Publication Pathways: Included in the symposium proceedings, with further opportunities for journal publication across associated Research Networks, a curated best of the symposium book volume, and contribution to a developing field statement.
  • Record of Participation: Receive an official record of participation in the symposium program and proceedings.

For participants attending without presenting.
